About Us

Our owner and CEO Adam Dedmon has been insurance restoration industry professional since 2010. He was introduced to the industry through an opportunity to join a large international insurer through the insurance program at Middle Tennessee State University.  After graduating from college, he was a field staff adjuster in the eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets. When looking for an opportunity back in middle Tennessee, the opportunities were minimal. Therefore, he used his talents and claim knowledge to work in the insurance restoration industry for a roofing company. After several years of services the large roofing company, he became an operations manager at a smaller construction company that did new construction, remodels, roofing, and water/fire restoration. From there, Firestone Building Products, LLC offered an opportunity to become a regional technical coordinator. Finally, Adam was presented an opportunity to become a full time participant in the insurance restoration industry as an estimating service and technical solutions provider.
